Working at Continia
We believe that Continia is a great place for people who have passion about their work and a desire to make an impact, both in their careers, in the organizational culture and on the customers.
Below, you can meet some of the employees and get a glimpse of what it is like to work for Continia.
Josefine Franck, Test & Quality Architect
I have previously worked as a consultant with the Dynamics AX ERP system, but since I had never previously worked specifically with Dynamics NAV, my knowledge of Continia was therefore also very limited. I became aware of the job opening at Continia through an online job post. I have been really happy to work as an ERP-consultant, however, I felt an urge to be able to dive deeper into my tasks, which was not always easily reconciled with working in the consultancy business, where you are often away from your office.
You immediately notice that Continia is a completely flat organization where everyone knows each other, and where the door is always open into the CEO. It is a workplace where there is literally room for everyone and a mutual respect.
Coming from the consultancy business, where I could go for days without seeing my colleagues, to working at Continia, where I talk with my colleagues every day makes a huge difference for me and increases my spirits. After one week at Continia, I had already participated in the first two social events with my colleagues.
I find that there is a great respect for giving employees responsibility and freedom to influence their everyday lives here at Continia. There is a general confidence that every person does what he or she is going to, and can prioritize and perform the tasks at hand.
I have already been given the opportunity to work with many more tasks than what was described in my job description, tasks that I find interesting and, as I believe, can drive Continia forward.
I would not hesitate to recommend Continia to others who wish to work in a place with high ambitions, great colleagues and exciting tasks.

Martin Louis Brix, Test and Support
I have worked at Continia for approximately 8 years. My primary role here is Supporter and Conceptual Developer for several products, including Payment Management. I especially enjoy being able to use my competences within development.
A former colleague of mine informed me about a job opening at Continia. It did not seem as the obvious direction for me at that time but now, I am truly happy that I decided to go for it anyways.
My background and previous work experience was very different, and although everything in NAV was new to me at first, I have always enjoyed learning new systems. At Continia, learning new systems is easy, as you have great help along the way. This is further emphasized by the fact that here at Continia, the tone and the work environment is really informal and good.
The company is large enough to have specialists in each area, but at the same time small enough so you can collaborate closely with every colleague and engage in dialogues across different departments to find the best solutions. You can discuss your solutions along the way, which means that every opinion is heard and evaluated.
In such an environment, you quickly learn your own strengths and how to utilize the strengths of others. This could for example apply to technical matters – what is technically possible in NAV – but also to tasks of more general knowledge-based character. When you have a team of specialists around you, you will naturally experience solutions of great value being made. And since we are working closely together it is easy to get larger, more advanced, as well as smaller, more visual, changes into our solutions. Visual changes are often of great value for the end-user.
The everyday life here at Continia is very dynamic. Some days are hectic while others provide time for immersion. Although there are many tasks, you can prioritize and take your time for the heavier tasks at hand. The workdays here are very exciting and very free. We have a very good tone among us, and we enjoy ourselves.
To sum up, if I should point at the overall strength at Continia Software, it is the close collaboration between colleagues and across departments that make us so unique
