Continia Document Capture 

Continia Document Capture uses the OCR-functionality of ABBYY FineReader to enrich received paper- and PDF documents with data which is used to register these documents in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and 365 Business Central. After this, Continia Document Capture contains a unique standard template that automatically identifies data from the documents and inserts these in the correct fields in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central. This standard template can easily be enriched with even more data in the user’s own fields by marking and selecting from the displayed document that is embedded.

Continia Document Capture offers that users can choose between OCR-data extraction in their own LAN-server environment or via our unique Continia Cloud OCR, where the documents are converted via Microsoft Azure.
