Continia Delivery Network

The digitalization of finance processes has become increasingly prevalent over the years. With that, e-documents, especially e-invoices, play a significant role in this transformation.

Continia is an accredited certified Peppol Access Point (AP), which means we are now an official AS4 Peppol Service Provider.

With this accreditation, we are introducing the Continia Delivery Network, which enables companies to quickly connect with what’s becoming the universal standard for exchanging electronic documents across Europe and other markets, the Peppol network.

Once connected to the PEPPOL network, they will have instant access to all the other connected European organizations and can send and receive electronic purchase invoices and other e-documents in the correct format.

Importing Electronic Documents in Document Capture

Importing electronic documents directly in Document Capture is a straightforward way to help optimize invoice workflow routines.

The options for importing electronic documents into Document Capture depend on which type of electronic document and file must be imported. Importing files can either happen by sending them to an email address, which Document Capture monitors, or connecting to the Continia Delivery Network.

Sending Electronic Documents from Document Output

With more and more public authorities worldwide mandating exchanging documents electronically with them, it’s becoming essential to meet these requirements. At the same time exchanging electronic documents is also growing from business to business.

The possibilities of exporting and sending electronic documents with Document Output depend on which type of electronic document and file needs to be sent. They can be exported and sent from Document Output by email or by connecting directly to the Continia Delivery Network.
