Payment Import

Import bank statements and payment advice across all companies with an automatic reconciliation of the open entries reaching a hit-rate of up to 95%. For recurring entries accounting rules enable you to automatically allocate G/L accounts with dimensions. You can choose various formats for the import of bank statements and/or payment advice, such as freely definable CSV files (PayPal), REMADV-, MT940-, or CAMT-files.

Payment Export

Simplify your payment process and generate payment proposals and payments in a single step, independent of file formats and the direction of the payment (bank transfer, direct debit, check). Multiple and flexible setup possibilities for the processing of SEPA and ISO files reduce your effort significantly. Almost any other additional payment format can be provided on demand.

G/L Open Entries

The module allows building open entries on G/L accounts. Similar to the handling of customers and vendors you are able to build open entries on G/L accounts. Furthermore, various reports are available, as well as a standard export to Excel. Especially while working with clearing accounts, such as transit accounts, this module is very helpful.

Extended Fixed Assets

The module simplifies various processes and complements the Business Central standard in terms of missing functionalities. This allows you to round the book values by automatically adjusting the depreciation amounts for example. Furthermore, you can significantly save time with the option to post quantities on assets. You can manage same assets (e.g. purchase of 10 office chairs) as only one asset using quantities. In this context, we also offer a very helpful partial retirement function.
